High School Plus

The High School Plus Program was developed by Headwaters in collaboration with Rappahannock County Public Schools (RCPS) and Laurel Ridge Community College. This initiative funds requests for financial aid to students or graduates of RCPS to support Dual Enrollment courses and participation in workforce certification programs. These programs will have different requirements as detailed in the application.

Interested students or alumni can file an application with Headwaters’ Executive Director or the Laurel Ridge Community College Career Coach at Rappahannock County High School (RCHS).
