Dr. Anne Yeoman is the president of Context, Inc. with a track record in establishing and leading initiatives focused on financial capability and education. As the founding executive director of FamilyFutures in Washington, VA, Anne spearheaded the creation of matching savings accounts for children and provided comprehensive financial education and coaching to adult residents of Rappahannock, VA from 2018 to 2022. In 2017, Anne served as the project manager for the National League of Cities Children’s Savings Accounts (CSA) Peer Network, a C.S. Mott Foundation initiative. In this role, Anne provided financial advice on program development and assessment to 14 municipalities. As a consultant for the Lincoln-Westmoreland Housing Corporation, Anne developed Children’s Savings Accounts and emergency savings programs for adult residents, showcasing an ability to tailor financial solutions to specific community needs. With a career spanning since 1996, Anne has held various roles in communications and financial education, addressing problems with low-income housing and much more. Dr.Yeoman holds a B.A. from Goucher University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine.
